All pass purchases for events including donor passes and entry passes are final and non refundable. By purchasing a pass you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
No refunds full or partial will be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to cancellation rescheduling non attendance or change of mind
In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizers refunds will be considered only at the sole discretion of the organizers and if issued will cover only the face value of the pass excluding any processing or handling fees
Please ensure your availability and intention to attend before purchasing a pass as no exceptions to this policy will be made
